Overview

Mt. Bullion Ranch is a dramatic 314 acre ranch at the base of historic Mt Bullion.  The lower portion is a softly rolling grazing ranch scattered with large single Blue Oak trees and Live Oak woodland groves.

Large expanses of open grassland pasture dominate the lowlands and as the ranch climbs up the base of the mountain large meadows alternate with woodland tracking the seasonal stream corridors.  The uplands have distinctive red rock outcropping that provide an interesting hiking destination as well as dramatic views over Bear Valley and the Central Valley in the far distance. 

The Ranch is a working cattle operation managed by a local, long time, professional grazing family.  A number of corrals and pens are located in its lowland pastures.

Several ranch roads provide access to various pastures and a spring fed pond and several upland springs provide water for cattle and wildlife. 

The Preserve Master Plan and current zoning would allow further subdivision of the ranch into three separate parcels with two being 40 acres and the remaining third over 200 acres.
